Pat Reiff is a Professor in the Department of Physics and Astronomy at Rice U, the director of the Rice Space Institute, the PI of the "Immersive Earth" Project, and co-designer of the "e-planetarium", a portable immersive theater.
Her husband is Thomas W. Hill, also a Professor at Rice. They have three children: Andrea, Adam, and Amy, all presently Rice University students. Amy has her own "rowdy ferret" web site.
